ETI SSQ 280 is a manual load switch designed for safe switching of electrical circuits between two lines or sources in the 1-0-2 position. It is used in distribution boards, input-distribution assemblies, backup power systems, and other low-voltage installations where load transfer must be performed without automatic tripping. The three-position operating logic provides a clear transition between the first circuit, the OFF position, and the second circuit, which is important for organized circuit selection and isolation. The device is built as a 2-pole unit, making it suitable for single-phase circuits or for simultaneous disconnection of two conductors. Its rated current is 80 A, and the rated AC voltage is 400 V, which places it within standard low-voltage applications. The AC-22B utilization category indicates suitability for switching mixed loads with a minor inductive component, which is typical for many practical distribution tasks. The rated frequency of 50/60 Hz ensures compatibility with common power networks. The switch complies with IEC 60947-3, the standard covering switch-disconnectors, disconnectors, and load switchgear.
