ETI KZS-2M is a differential circuit breaker designed to protect electrical circuits against overload, short circuit, and leakage current. It combines the functions of an automatic protective device and a residual current protection device in one housing, which makes it suitable for installation in distribution boards of apartments, houses, offices, and other facilities where both types of protection are required on a single outgoing line. The device is built in a 1+N pole configuration, so it monitors the phase conductor and neutral conductor in single-phase networks. Its rated current is 13 A, which makes it appropriate for individual consumer groups with moderate load. The C tripping characteristic is intended for circuits where brief inrush currents may occur, for example when switching on equipment with electric motors. This allows the breaker to operate correctly without unnecessary trips during normal start-up conditions. The residual current rating is 0.03 A, which provides additional protection against electric shock and helps reduce the risk associated with insulation damage or current leakage. The AC type means the device is designed for alternating current circuits with sinusoidal residual current. This is the standard solution for many conventional AC installations. The breaking capacity of 10 kA indicates the ability to disconnect the circuit under high short-circuit current conditions, which is important for networks with elevated fault levels.
