LLC "KSIMEX-ELECTRO" supplies officially sourced electrical products and provides warranty support in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and the current legislation of Ukraine.

We cooperate with leading manufacturers of electrical equipment and strive to provide customers with high-quality service and professional support at all stages of order processing.

Product Warranty

All products presented on the website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

The standard warranty period is 12 months unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer or in the specifications of a particular product.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not caused by the customer.

Warranty Service

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the company managers to coordinate further actions.

The following may be required to process your request:

·      фото товару або дефекту;

·      короткий опис проблеми;

·      документ, що підтверджує покупку.

Each request is reviewed individually.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

·      механічних пошкоджень;

·      пошкоджень, спричинених порушенням умов експлуатації;

·      самостійного втручання або ремонту;

·      неправильного монтажу або підключення;

·      природного зношення товару.
