LLC “Ksimex-Electro” supplies electrical engineering products of official origin and provides warranty support in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and the current legislation of Ukraine.

Product Warranty
Products presented on the website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
The standard warranty period is 12 months, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer or in the specifications of a particular product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur through no fault of the buyer.
Warranty Service
In case of a warranty claim, please contact the company’s managers to agree on further actions.
The following may be required for review:
- order number;
- photos of the product or defect;
- a brief description of the issue;
- a document confirming the purchase.
Each request is reviewed individually.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- mechanical damage;
- damage caused by improper use;
- unauthorized interference or repair;
- incorrect installation or connection;
- natural wear and tear of the product.
