Exchange and Return

KSIMEX-ELECTRO LLC operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and ensures the possibility of exchange or return of goods in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

We value the trust of our customers and strive to make the process of purchasing electrical engineering products as transparent and clear as possible.

Terms of Exchange and Return

The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that:

  •  the goods have not been used; 
  •  the товар (product) appearance is preserved; 
  •  the consumer properties of the goods are preserved; 
  •  the original packaging is preserved; 
  •  the complete set is preserved; 
  •  a document confirming the purchase is available; 
  •  a return document, which is sent together with the goods, is available. 

Goods Not Eligible for Return

Goods are not subject to exchange or return in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

In addition, return or exchange may not be possible in the following cases:

  •  damage caused by improper use; 
  •  signs of installation or use; 
  •  mechanical damage after receipt of the goods; 
  •  absence of original packaging or components. 

Return of Defective Goods

In case of detection of a manufacturing defect, damage, or discrepancy with the ordered goods, the buyer may contact the company’s managers to arrange exchange, return, or warranty service.

Also, if a discrepancy is identified upon receipt of the goods at the carrier’s branch, the buyer has the right to inspect the shipment and immediately initiate a return, specifying the reason in the accompanying documents (return waybill).

For prompt handling of the request, we recommend:

  •  describe the issue; 
  •  provide the order number; 
  •  attach photos of the product or damage (if available); 
  •  indicate the reason for return in the waybill (if the return is processed upon receipt). 

Each request is reviewed individually.

Return Procedure

To process an exchange or return, it is necessary to:

  1.  Contact the company manager. 
  2.  Agree on the return details. 
  3.  Prepare the goods and all components. 
  4.  Send the goods via delivery service or return via self-pickup. 

Refunds are issued after inspection of the goods and confirmation of compliance with return conditions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In case of return of goods of proper quality, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

If the return is related to a packaging error, delivery damage, or manufacturing defect, logistics costs are agreed individually.
