Exchange and Return

LLC "KSIMEX-ELECTRO" operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and provides the possibility of exchange or return of goods in cases provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

We value our customers’ trust and strive to make the process of purchasing electrical products as transparent and understandable as possible.

Exchange and Return Conditions

The customer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order if:

·      товар не був у використанні;

·      збережено товарний вигляд;

·      збережено споживчі властивості товару;

·      присутня оригінальна упаковка;

·      збережено комплектацію;

·      наявний документ, що підтверджує покупку.

Goods Not Subject to Return

Goods are not subject to exchange or return in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Return or exchange may also be impossible in the following cases:

·      пошкодження товару внаслідок неправильної експлуатації;

·      наявності слідів монтажу або використання;

·      механічних пошкоджень після отримання товару;

·      відсутності оригінальної упаковки або комплектуючих.

Return of Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance of the product with the order, the customer may contact the company managers to arrange an exchange, return, or warranty service.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend:

·      описати проблему;

·      надати номер замовлення;

·      додати фото товару або пошкодження.

Each request is reviewed individually.

Return Procedure

To arrange an exchange or return, you need to:

1.        Звернутися до менеджера компанії.

2.        Узгодити деталі повернення.

3.        Підготувати товар та комплектуючі.

4.        Надіслати товар службою доставки або передати через самовивіз.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the product and confirmation of compliance with the return conditions.

Delivery Costs for Returns

In case of returning goods of proper quality, delivery costs are paid by the customer.

If the return is related to an order fulfillment error, shipping damage, or a manufacturing defect, logistics costs are agreed upon individually.
