Delivery and Payment

KXIMEX-ELECTRO LLC supplies electrical equipment across Ukraine and offers convenient payment methods for private customers, installation companies, designers, and legal entities.

We assemble orders from stock, arrange shipment via Nova Poshta, and provide all necessary documents for official payment and accounting.

Delivery Methods

Delivery of orders is carried out across Ukraine via Nova Poshta.

Available delivery options:

  •  delivery to a Nova Poshta branch; 
  •  delivery to a Nova Poshta parcel locker; 
  •  courier delivery to the customer’s address via Nova Poshta. 

Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs and depends on the weight, dimensions of the order, destination, and selected delivery method.

For orders over 3000 UAH, delivery is free of charge.

If the order total is less than 3000 UAH, delivery is paid by the customer according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Delivery Time

The standard dispatch and delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 1–3 business days.

For items marked as “on order,” delivery times may vary depending on the supply conditions of a specific product.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Important Upon Receipt

When receiving your order, we recommend checking:

  •  integrity of the packaging; 
  •  conformity of the goods to the order; 
  •  completeness of the items; 
  •  absence of visible mechanical damage. 

Payment Methods

Payment for orders on the website is made by bank card via the Plata by Mono service.

After successful payment, the order is transferred for processing and assembly.

For legal entities, invoicing and bank transfer payments are available upon agreement with a company manager.

KXIMEX-ELECTRO LLC works with legal entities, installation companies, designers, and partners.

For corporate clients, it is possible to place orders with payment by invoice and receive all necessary documentation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

If needed, our managers will help select equipment, clarify compatibility of items, and form an order according to the requirements of your project.

Order processing, consultations, and self-pickup are available during company working hours:

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30

Orders placed outside working hours are processed on the next business day.
