Delivery and Payment

LLC "KSIMEX-ELECTRO" supplies electrical equipment across Ukraine and offers convenient payment methods for private customers, installation companies, designers, and legal entities.

We prepare orders from our warehouse, arrange shipment via Nova Poshta, and provide all necessary documents for official payment and accounting purposes.

Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered across Ukraine via Nova Poshta.

Available delivery options:

·      доставка у відділення Нової Пошти;

·      доставка у поштомат Нової Пошти;

·      адресна доставка кур’єром Нової Пошти;

·      самовивіз зі складу/офісу компанії в м. Одеса.

Pickup is available during the company’s working hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00.

Delivery Cost

Delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta rates and depends on the weight, dimensions of the order, destination, and selected delivery method.

Free delivery is available for orders over UAH 3000.

If the order amount is less than UAH 3000, delivery is paid by the customer according to the carrier’s rates.

Delivery Timeframes

The standard shipping and delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 1–3 business days.

For items marked as "made to order," delivery times may vary depending on supplier conditions for the specific product.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Important Upon Receiving the Order

When receiving your order, we recommend checking:

·      цілісність упаковки;

·      відповідність товару замовленню;

·      комплектність позицій;

·      відсутність видимих механічних пошкоджень.

If any damage to the packaging or product is detected, we recommend documenting it in the presence of a Nova Poshta representative and filing the appropriate report or claim with the carrier.

Payment Methods

Payment for orders on the website is made by bank card via the plata by mono service.

After successful payment, the order is transferred for processing and fulfillment.

For legal entities, invoicing and bank transfer payment are available upon agreement with the company manager.

LLC "KSIMEX-ELECTRO" cooperates with legal entities, installation organizations, designers, and partners.

For corporate clients, it is possible to place orders with invoice payment and receive all necessary documents in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

If necessary, our managers will help select equipment, clarify product compatibility, and prepare an order according to the requirements of your project.

Order processing, consultations, and pickup are available during the company’s working hours:

Monday — Friday: 09:00–17:00

Orders placed outside working hours are processed on the next business day.
