Legrand 80254 Mosaic 4-module mounting support

Legrand Mosaic mounting support is designed for concealed installation of modular electrical accessories and serves as a mounting base for fixing inserts within a wall installation system. It is intended for use in electrical installation lines where precise positioning of modular elements and orderly assembly are required. The support is mounted using screws, and it can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation, which makes it adaptable to different layout requirements. The construction is made of metal with a galvanically and electrolytically zinc-plated surface. This finish is used to improve the resistance of the mounting element under conditions typical for an installation cavity. The product dimensions are 284 mm in width, 77 mm in height, and 15.7 mm in depth, allowing compact placement in the mounting node while maintaining accurate alignment of the modules. Structurally, the support is designed for 10 horizontal modules and 1 vertical module, corresponding to the 4-module Mosaic format. Modular inserts are installed from the front side, which simplifies assembly and later servicing. The model does not include a built-in installation box, is not intended for cable trunking, floor boxes, or a 60 mm junction box, and is not suitable for installation on a 35 mm DIN rail. This type of mounting frame is used in stationary electrical systems in residential, commercial, and public premises where concealed mounting of modular mechanisms is required. The absence of integrated fixing elements such as nails or supplied screws means that it is used as a base component within complete Legrand Mosaic installation solutions.
