About product
The Legrand Mosaic support frame is designed for installing modular electrical devices in concealed-mount systems. It is used to organize functional multi-module assemblies in residential, office, and commercial spaces where several inserts need to be placed in a single mounting area. The 2-gang design allows it to accommodate either 5 horizontal modules or 1 vertical module, giving flexibility when configuring sockets, switches, data outlets, or other Mosaic modular inserts, depending on the installation task.
This frame is intended for concealed installation and is mounted using screws. Modular inserts are installed from the front side, which simplifies assembly and makes positioning more convenient during installation. The product can be installed in both horizontal and vertical orientation, so it can be adapted to different layouts and wall configurations. With dimensions of 145 mm in width, 77 mm in height, and 15.7 mm in depth, the frame fits into compact installation assemblies while maintaining the required geometry for modular components.
The body is made of metal with a galvanized/electrolytically zinc-coated surface. This material choice helps protect the mounting element against corrosion and makes it suitable for long-term use within electrical installation systems. The frame has no built-in installation box and is not intended for floor boxes, cable trunking, mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail, or installation in a 60 mm junction box.
