About product
The Legrand Mosaic mounting support is designed for concealed installation of electrical modular inserts in wall-mounted systems. It serves as a mounting base for one 1-module assembly, corresponding to 2 horizontal modules and 1 vertical module, allowing inserts to be positioned neatly within the wall without visible fastening elements. This makes the product suitable for residential, office, and other indoor electrical installation projects where compact arrangement and compatibility with modular mechanisms are required.
The model is intended for concealed mounting and is fixed using mounting clips. This installation method is convenient in standard recesses where a built-in installation box is not provided. The support does not use screws or nails, and the modular inserts are installed from the front side, which simplifies assembly and subsequent servicing of the electrical point.
Its dimensions are 74 mm in width and 70.9 mm in height. The support can be mounted in both horizontal and vertical orientation, offering flexibility when arranging the installation point according to the layout of the electrical system. At the same time, it is not designed for installation in a floor box, cable duct, 35 mm DIN rail, or 60 mm junction box, so it should be used specifically in concealed installation configurations.
The construction is made of metal with a galvanized or electrolytically galvanized surface.
