Legrand Mosaic mounting support is designed for installing modular electrical devices in concealed-mount systems. It serves as the structural base for assembling sockets, switches, and other Mosaic modular inserts in residential, office, and commercial electrical installations where several elements must be arranged in one plane. The 4-gang design supports a configuration with 10 horizontal modules and 1 vertical module, allowing flexible layout selection for the required installation task. This model is intended for concealed mounting and is fixed by means of screws. Modular inserts are installed from the front side, which makes assembly and later replacement of mechanisms more straightforward after the support has been fitted. The product can be positioned both horizontally and vertically, so it can be adapted to different installation layouts depending on the design of the electrical point. Its dimensions are 284 mm in width, 77 mm in height, and 15.7 mm in depth, which should be taken into account when planning the installation space and matching compatible modules. The support is made of metal with a galvanized/electrolytically zinc-coated surface. This material structure provides the mechanical base needed for secure fixation of the modular elements and helps maintain dimensional stability during installation and operation. The surface finish also corresponds to the product’s mounting application and supports long-term use within enclosed electrical assemblies. The frame does not include a built-in installation box, is not intended for cable duct installation, does not suit floor boxes, 60 mm junction boxes, or 35 mm DIN rail mounting. It is therefore meant specifically for concealed mounting solutions designed for the Mosaic system.
