Legrand DLP cable trunking is designed for neat open routing of power, low-current, and telecommunications cables in interior spaces. It is used in offices, administrative buildings, retail areas, educational facilities, and residential premises where cable runs need to be laid along walls or other mounting surfaces while remaining accessible for inspection and maintenance. The rectangular, symmetrical design makes it suitable for organizing visible cabling in a structured way without complicated installation. The trunking has dimensions of 80 × 50 mm and a length of 2000 mm. Its useful cross-sectional area is 3340 mm², allowing a substantial cable bundle to be placed inside one channel. The product includes one top section with a width of 65 mm, and the cover is supplied as part of the set. The top section is mounted as a built-up element, which simplifies assembly when creating a cable line. The rear wall is perforated, which facilitates fastening to the mounting surface, and perforation in the lower part further expands installation options. The design also allows one built-in divider to be installed, making it possible to separate different cable routes inside the same channel if required. The body is made of plastic based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The surface is untreated, and the color is white, RAL 9003. A protective film is provided to help preserve the appearance during installation. The enclosure does not include a connector and does not have a cable clamp. Halogen-free execution according to EN 50267-2-2 is not provided, and the product is not antibacterial. In terms of operating properties, the cable trunking has an IP40 degree of protection and IK07 impact resistance. The working temperature range is from -5 to +60 °C, while the storage temperature range is from -25 to +60 °C. These characteristics make the product suitable for indoor installations where cable management, partial mechanical protection, and convenient access to conductors are required.
